How does it work?

After your first box, pay quarterly subscribers will then be billed £85 on the 20th of the month before the box ships (20th February, 20th May, 20th September and 20th November) depending on when you begin your subscription. Boxes will be shipped on 3rd June , 30th September, 25th November and 3rd March and delivered the next day by DPD.

Boxes can also be purchased as a one-off at £95. Customers will be billed upon purchase and the box will be shipped on the dates outlined above.

What if I don’t want my box to arrive on these dates?

If you are going to be away on the standard delivery dates above, or your purchase is a gift and you would like it to arrive on a specific date, ie. a birthday, anniversary or wedding then simply email us on contact@fromtheposthouse.com at least 7 days prior to the standard shipping date with your requested date.

What is in a box? 

Every box will truly evoke the season making it easy for you to subtlety update your home. You can expect to find textiles such as napkins, cushion covers, throws & table runners, candles, candle holders, vessels, ceramics, place mats, coasters, fresh flowers, dried stems, …this list is endless! In every box we feature at least one small business maker as well as at least one seasonal recipe from an artisan or chef from our selected region in the UK. Lastly, you will always receive beautifully illustrated instructions on how to style your products.

What is your style?

We love trend-inspired home interiors that have a classic feel that can live on, as opposed to throw-away products that are a slave to the trends.

Do I need to subscribe? 

Boxes can be purchased as a one-off and can include a hand written note and be delivered directly to your recipient. Subscribers receive a reduction in box cost. 

How much do the boxes cost? 

Boxes are £85 per box for pay quarterly subscribers, £95 per box for one-off purchases. The Winter Luxe box is £150.

What if the box is sold out? 

If you subscribe after a box is sold out, you will automatically be signed up to receive the next seasonal box. 

Can I return a box or an item within it?

We do not offer refunds on our seasonal boxes. We offer replacements and/or refund in the event of damaged items with proof of damage. Please email us at contact@fromtheposthouse.com within 7 days of receipt of your box.

If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend!

Can you do bespoke boxes?

Yes we can make completely bespoke boxes for your event or occasion (minimum order quantity applies).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us via email - contact@fromtheposthouse.com 

Pay quarterly subscribers must make their cancellation by the 15th of the month prior to shipment in order to avoid receiving and being billed for the next box. Cancellations received after the 15th will take effect on the next season’s box.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, not yet! 

How are you eco-friendly?

We have spent a lot of time sourcing recyclable and biodegrable packaging even down to our stickers. We have carefully sourced products that can be re-loved and re-purposed for years to come. Every box will include at least one product made in the UK and all flowers & dried stems are grown in the UK. 

How can I become a supplier?

We’re constantly sourcing new, stylish interior products. We also love supporting small British brands. If you have something that is a good brand fit, please email hannah@fromtheposthouse.com
